Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

Exceptions: Returns or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product is delivered due to an error on our side
  • A defective or spurious product is delivered due to an error on our side
  • Products are delivered later than the Delivery Timeframes mentioned below (except in the case of delays in delivery due to reasons reasonably beyond our control)

Exchanges & Replacements Policy

We offer exchanges or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Incorrect item shipped

Conditions:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging must be shared
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment within 7-10 business days post-inspection for eligible cases only.
  • Payment Methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
